Running TouchNet Reports

There are a variety of reports that you can run to check your site's activity. You can specify characteristics such as date range, product, stock number, attendance, etc., and export each report in CSV format. The reports available to you are dependent on your user role.

Running a report

  1. Once logged in to TouchNet, on the main menu bar, select Applications > Marketplace.
  2. In the left navigation menu, select Marketplace Reports > Stores > [Store Name] > (choose a report, such as By Product). The Report page opens.
  3. Enter the From: and To: date ranges.
  4. Make any other report-specific selections, including placing a checkmark next to the product you'd like to report on (do this even if there is only one product).
  5. Select View to display the report results.

Report options

Once a report is run, additional options may include:

  • Adjusting column order by selecting the ascending and descending sorting arrows.
  • Printing the visible page by selecting Print Page in the upper right corner of the window.
  • Exporting results to CSV by selecting Export to CSV.
  • Viewing more detail on specific items by selecting the View Detail link or by checking the item(s) and selecting View...  Detail Report.
