Conducting a Recording in Zoom

  1. Start the meeting for each lecture

  1. Once the meeting has begun, ensure that the session is being recorded (if the option to automatically record the meeting was previously selected, recording should begin once the host joins). The recording status can be checked along the bottom task bar. During a recording, the options to pause or stop the recording will also be visible.

  1. Once the lecture has been completed, select “End Meeting” in the bottom right hand corner.

  2. Confirm the end of the meeting by selecting “End Meeting for All”
