Description
If a graduate student requires software beyond what is included in the standard graduate productivity machine or available in the software center, a faculty or staff member can request the installation of additional software.
This request needs to be completed by the faculty/staff member on behalf of the graduate student; this indicates approval/support.
Michigan Tech IT will evaluate the request, which may take up to three (3) business days to complete. If you have any questions, please contact Michigan Tech IT by emailing it-help@mtu.edu or calling 906-487-1111.
Available To
Graduate students with a dedicated graduate productivity computer (grad-xx.ad.mtu.edu). Please note that this service must be requested on behalf of the graduate student by that student's faculty or staff advisor.
