Accessing your personal voicemail from off campus
Accessing your personal voicemail from off campus
Dial your full campus phone number, including area code, e.g., 906-487-XXXX.
Once you have reached the voicemail system, you will hear your personal recording.
Press the * key as soon as you hear your personal greeting.
Enter your passcode when prompted.
Note: If you have requested voicemail, and have not already set up a personalized voicemail passcode, the default password is blank and it will prompt you to set your passcode the first time you try to access your mailbox.
Follow the voicemail instructions to play your messages and/or access the tutorial:
After the passcode is entered, you can check messages
Press 8 ("U") to enter user options (name change, greeting change, and passcode change)
Press 6 ("M") to directly leave a voicemail for someone (enter 7-XXXX as the format when leaving a message)
