There are two ways to scan a multi-page document on a Husky Printer.
- Use the document feeder - Place the pages to be scanned in the document feeder. The printer will save your document as a single file and save or send it to the destination you choose.
- Use the Job Builder function - This allows you to scan multiple pages using the flatbed scanner on Husky print stations to combine them into a single PDF. This feature is useful for scanning items that do not fit into the document feeder, e.g., scanning pages from a book.
How to use Job Builder
- Log in to the Huskyprint station by tapping your HuskyCard at the card reader or entering your Michigan Tech account name and password using Alternate Login.
- From the PaperCut welcome screen, select Access Device.
- Select Scan To.
- Select a destination:
- To email the file, select Add Me > Select Email and type in the destination email address.
- To save to a USB drive, select USB.
- Start scanning - insert the first page of your scan job and press the Scan button.
- Insert the next page of your scan job and press Scan Next Segment.
- When you are done adding pages to your scan job, press the Submit button.
