Description
For requesting a new layout to an existing sign. This includes modifying a current layout, adding display features such as weather or time, or creating a completely new layout.
Please note:
- Once the new template request has been received, an initial scoping meeting between the requesting department and IT to review the requested layout and identify the optimal design may be necessary.
- The process to create a new layout, may take up to 10 business days to complete once the initial scoping meeting has occurred.
- Reach Media Network also provides professional design services, layout, and content assistance. Please note the professional service fee would be the responsibility of the requesting department.
- Support for content creation is available either from Michigan Tech IT, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm by contacting it-help@mtu.edu or 7-1111 or directly from the vendor, Reach Media Network, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm by calling 1-952-944-7727, option 4.

Procedure
Select the Submit Request button and complete the following form. Please include the following information:
- Department
- Reach Facility, if known
- Sign Orientation (Portrait or Landscape)
- Widget Requests: weather, social media, clock, etc.
- A description of the layout being requested, including desired additional elements, such as logos or other branding
