HuskyPrint PaperCut refund for Husky-Color

If you send a color print job to a Husky-Color printer and the print job prints incorrectly, you can request a refund by following these steps. Note that you will need to bring the affected jobs to the Technical Assistance Center in the first floor of the Library during university business hours.

If the color print job does not print, you are not charged. You can view your transaction history, recent print jobs, and jobs pending release by logging into PaperCut with your Michigan Tech account name and password.

Please bring the affected print job to the Technical Assistance Center in the first floor of the Library to determine eligibility for the funds to be transferred back to your account.
