Clearing your Java Cache

Windows 10

  1. Select the Start Menu.
  2. Enter and select Configure Java.
  3. Select Settings under Temporary Internet Files.

  4. Select Delete Files.

  5. Check all boxes, then select OK in the Delete Temporary Files window.

  6. Click OK on Temporary Files Setting window.
  7. Click OK to close the Java Control Panel.

macOS

  1. Select Apple Menu > System Preferences.
  2. Select Java.
