Getting a replacement HuskyCard

How do I get a replacement?

Please visit the Technical Assistance Center located on the first floor of the Library during university business hours. We can print your HuskyCard when you arrive.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID or your previous HuskyCard. There is a $15 replacement fee for lost, stolen, or damaged HuskyCards (or if you left it at home on break).

If you get a replacement, your previous HuskyCard will no longer work. If you have previously reported your card as lost in the CS Gold WebCard Center, you will need to reactivate your HuskyCard account.

Report a lost or found card

  1. Log in to CS Gold WebCard Center with your Michigan Tech account name and password.
  2. Select Report Lost or Found Card in the left navigation menu to deactivate or reactivate your HuskyCard account immediately.
  3. You can also check the history on your HuskyCard to see the last place you used it.

You can also contact Michigan Tech IT during regular university business hours. You can call (906) 487-1111 or email IT at it-help@mtu.edu.

Contact Public Safety

Contact Public Safety and Police Services to see if someone has turned in your card or if you need to get into your Michigan Tech residence hall or apartment after hours.

If you find someone else's card, please turn it in to Public Safety and Police Services.
