Adding Content to Digital Signage (CMS 2.0)

Uploading assets to Reach

  1. Log in to Reach by visiting this page: Reach Login Page and entering SSO credentials if prompted
Upon login, the original CMS 1 experience can be accessed by clicking on the CMS 1 Experience link in the lower left corner of the page. The KB article here details the steps to upload and schedule content using that front end (step 1 regarding logging into Reach can be safely ignored in that article).
  2. If the left-hand pane is collapsed, it may be expanded using the blue arrow next to the Reach logo in the upper right corner.

    • Note: Only playlists with matching aspect ratios or orientations (e.g., portrait vs. landscape) will appear as selectable options.
  2. Set Dates:
    • Start Date: Choose a start date (defaults to today).
    • End Date: Select an end date or toggle No End Date for ongoing content.
  3. Configure Playback Times:
    • Check Run All Day to display content 24/7.
    • Alternatively, uncheck this box to set a specific Start and End time manually.
  4. Select Days: Choose which days of the week the content should appear. By default, All Days of the Week are selected.
  5. Enable Full Screen (Optional): Check Full Screen to have the media fill the entire display. This will temporarily hide other layout elements like the date and time during playback.
  6. Adjust Duration: Use the Content Duration fields to set how long this specific item remains on screen.
  7. Confirm and Schedule: Click Confirm to finish. A brief notification will appear in the lower-right corner to verify that the content has been successfully scheduled.
