TouchNet Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Starting September 17, 2021, TouchNet will begin requiring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in order to log in to the administrative functions of TouchNet.  MFA is not required for customers purchasing items through a TouchNet store.

TouchNet MFA setup instructions

  1. Go to the TouchNet login page and follow the instructions to set up your email address and phone number. If you have trouble logging into TouchNet, please contact IT at 487-1111.
  2. For each authentication method, you will be asked to verify the method of authentication, by entering a verification code.
  3. Once this is complete, you will be logged into TouchNet.

  • You will not need to download an app to complete any part of this MFA process.
