Log in to Google Drive at https://drive.google.com.
Create a new folder in Drive by selecting the New button in the upper left-hand corner of the interface.
Name the folder after the class (e.g., CS3311).
Locate the newly created folder in Drive and double-click on the folder to open it.
Select the Folder Name.
Choose Share from the pull-down menu.
Select the Advanced link in the lower right-hand portion of the pop-up.
Under Who Has Access, select Change…
Choose Anyone at Michigan Technological University With the Link. An Access notification will appear in the bottom portion of the pop-up.
Select Save.
Copy the Link to Share web address and paste it in the associated Canvas course.
Repeat this process for each class being taught.
