Enable payment notifications in TouchNet

Summary

Store managers can enable notifications when a purchase is made in your TouchNet store and set the From: email for TouchNet notifications in the Store Template Setup.

Body

To receive an email when a purchase is made from your store, follow these steps.

  1. Select Applications > Marketplace. 
  2. Edit My Profile in the left navigation menu under Marketplace Home.
  3. Select the check box next to each store from which to receive email order notification..
  4. Select Update Store Notifications.

You can set the From: email address for the TouchNet notifications in the Store Template Setup.

  1. Select Applications > Marketplace > Stores. 
  2. Select your Store Settings.
  3. Select Store Template Setup on the left menu.
  4. Select Store Footer.
  5. Select the expand arrow next to Links.
  6. Select the expand arrow next to Contact Us.
  7. Enter the email address under Email Address.
