Error 67PVJX:BTNFWP launching Perceptive Content (ImageNow)

Please launch Perceptive Content (ImageNow) Perceptive Content shortcut, not from the Management Console.

Select the perceptive content desktop app

You will receive the following error if you launch the Management Console: "The system cannot establish a connection. You do not have the necessary privileges to access ManagementConsole (67PVJX:BTNFWP"
