Opening a Banner Oracle Report with Excel

To open a Banner Oracle report in Microsoft Excel, the following steps are required.

  1. Open the file
  2. A dialog window will display.
  3. Select Save File.
    choose save file from the window
  4. Right-click on the saved file.
  5. Select Properties.
  6. In the Properties window in the Security section, select the Unblock button.
  7. When prompted, select OK. 
  8. Your files will operate as they normally do in Excel.
