Important notes
Prior to upgrading, we recommend that you back up any important files to the network or an external device.
Please note that this self-service upgrade option is only available with compatible PCs. If you do not see the option to perform this upgrade and have not done so already, please reach out to IT to determine the necessary next steps so that your PC can be upgraded to Windows 11.
Instructions
From the Windows Start Menu (Windows key), search for "Software Center" and select it to open.
In the left navigation menu select Operating Systems > Upgrade to Windows 11 23H2 x64.
Select Install. After verifying that you would like to begin the upgrade, the computer will begin its work and restart automatically after a few minutes.
