Changing your login credentials in AudienceView Campus

To enhance the security of the Campus product, AudienceView is requiring new passwords for all accounts, both your own as well as your ticket buyers. This additional layer of security will help protect your account from unauthorized access.  

The following instructions only apply to customers who do not use single sign on (SSO).

Instructions

  1. From your ticketing site, attempt to log in. 
  2. The user logging in will automatically be sent a password reset email with a button that redirects the user back to the site to choose a new password. This link will only be active for one hour.
  3. User must choose a new password between 8-30 characters, contains a least one number and one capital letter and that is different than any of the four previous passwords they've used.
  4. Once the password is confirmed, the user is redirected to the ticketing site already logged in
