Description
Use this service to request an Alcohol Service on Campus.
All alcohol service on Michigan Tech property must be provided by licensed and trained catering and bartending staff. This form is in addition to an exemption to food policy or event risk management plan when alcohol will be served.
Note: Please download, complete, and submit the "Request Approval for Alcoholic Beverages" form.
