Knowledge Base Article Request

Description

The Knowledge Base is comprised of self-service articles to help customers solve problems or helps answer questions. When there is no article related to your topic,submit a request using this service. 

Available To

The campus community of students, staff, and faculty can request a new Knowledge Base article.

Procedure

  1. Attach your content to the ticket. Include your text in one of the following formats:

    • As a text file in plain text format

    • Reference a Google Doc

    • Attach a Microsoft Word document, preferably without any additional text formatting.

  2. Attach any images that should be included and clearly label where they should be placed in the article.
