How to Access Qualtrics Training

Active faculty and staff have access to the university's Qualtrics software license. Learn how to access the training platform provided by Qualtrics.

Basecamp is Qualtrics' training resource. Here you'll find content and training materials on how to use the Qualtrics software. Additionally, all users have access to the Qualtrics support site. Support for Qualtrics is provided exclusively by Qualtrics.

Logging into Basecamp

Current active faculty and staff have access to Qualtrics training resources through Basecamp.

1. Go to Basecamp.

2. On the right-hand side of the page, select Log In.

3. Select Qualtrics Credentials.
   

   • If your username appears, select University-wide https://michigantech.qualtrics.com.
     

4. Select the Sign in with SSO​​​​​​​ link.
   

5. Enter "michigantech" as MTU’s organization ID and select Continue.

6. On successful login, the site redirects to Basecamp’s homepage.
