Perceptive Content and Banner Linking

Use only one browser window

Make sure you only have one browser window open that is running Banner 9 Admin.

Use Firefox

Use Firefox for Banner 9 Admin.

Using Chrome

If you use Chrome for Banner 9 Admin, you may get an error in Perceptive Content that a particular Banner form is not found. You will need to create a new Google Chrome shortcut and change the Target field.

1. Close out of all of your Chrome browser windows.
2. Right-click on the Google Chrome shortcut on your Desktop.
3. Select Copy. You may need to select Show More Options to reveal the selection.
4. Right-click on an empty space on your Desktop.
5. Select Paste. You may need to select Show More Options to reveal the selection.
6. Right-click on the new shortcut.
7. Select Properties.
8. Copy and paste the following content in the Target field: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=AccessibilityRestrictiveIA2AXModes
9. Select Apply.
10. Right-click on the new shortcut and rename it to Banner Linking.
11. Launch Chrome using the shortcut you created with the new Target field.
